my celtic knot represents balance, earth, fire & water, the divine feminine, life, death and reincarnation, my first overseas adventure, my 2 best friends & I and also my cousin who passed away a couple of years ago. my scallop shell represents the Camino de Santiago which I completed last year.

The quote is from a piece of writing by Kahlil Gibran, it reminds me that anything you want to be & anything you want to achieve is within your power if it comes from your heart, from a pure place, the crane also has the same symbology and was inspired by the story Sadako and a thousand paper cranes

This tattoo was born when I decided to mark my 25’s with something that i’ve never done before.
I did it last week and it carries a lot of episodes in my life where i had to chose between give up or go ahead, and for better or worse i always chose to go ahead and never give up.
