I’ve been walking around with the idea of getting this tattoo since I was 16, and I finally got it when I turned 20 two years ago. For me it stands for independence and breaking free from “the good girl” expectations.
I did the one on my wrist after leaving school at 18. It’s designed by myself and symbolizes freedom and staying young inside. The planet is inspired by Douglas Adams’ novel The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, which influenced me a lot. And “Don’t panic” is great advice, too.

I got the Latin sentence Odi et Amo which means ‘I hate and I love.’ It stands for all the positive and negative things that happened in my life, people I’ve met … A reminder that I’ve learned to embrace and accept positivity and negativity, since they’re unavoidable.
