I got the words originally from Band of Brothers. Lieutenant Winters would tell his men to “hang tough” and they’d make it through. I absolutely love all things to do with WWII and military culture. I took this on as my motto four years ago and it’s gotten me through a lot, as well as reminds me that no matter what I’m going through, it won’t be as bad as what they went through in the war. Secondly, as a graphic designer, Trajan Pro is my absolute favorite font. I got this in that font…it’s simple, classic, and it really helps get the message across.

À la folie literally means ‘to insanity’.
The french have the expression “aimer à la folie… ou pas du tout” – “to love passionately or not at all”.
à la folie reminds me of myself, being impulsive and intens, plus it reminds me to live and love à la folie.
